This spinal manual therapy training offers a structured, gentle, and effective approach to treating vertebral dysfunctions without high-velocity manipulations (no cracking). It is intended for osteopaths, osteopathy students, physiotherapists, manual therapists, and any practitioner looking to enhance their skills with refined, patient-friendly techniques. The program covers the cervical, thoracic, lumbar, and sacral regions. Each area includes targeted theoretical reviews (functional anatomy, biomechanics, palpatory testing) followed by step-by-step practical sessions, with a teaching focus on gesture quality, tactile precision, and clinical reproducibility. Techniques taught include gentle mobilizations, myo-articular techniques, subtle postural adjustments, and targeted release methods. The goal: improve mobility, relieve tension, and restore joint balance—without force.
