This express training focuses on HVT techniques applied to the sacrum, iliums (anterior and posterior), and the upper cranio-cervical region (C0–C1–C2) using a global approach. It is designed for licensed osteopaths seeking to enhance their clinical effectiveness with specific, powerful structural techniques. The pelvic portion of the course covers HVT manipulations of the sacrum in side-lying position, and corrections of anterior and posterior iliums, with particular attention to practitioner positioning and optimal pelvic locking to deliver a smooth, precise, and compensation-free thrust. In parallel, the training explores a global and efficient technique for the occipito-atlanto-axial joint (C0–C1–C2), combining both precision and softness to restore balance in this key area for posture and cranial tension regulation. Each technique is explained, demonstrated, and then practiced under close supervision.
