Manual Therapy of the Upper Limb (8 h)
**Gentle, non-cracking techniques taught in small groups over 2 sessions of 4 hours each**
Service Description
This upper limb manual therapy course is designed for osteopaths, osteopathy students, physiotherapists, manual therapists, and other hands-on healthcare professionals seeking to enrich their practice with gentle, precise, and non-cracking techniques. Divided into two 4-hour sessions, the training combines essential theoretical reviews (functional anatomy, joint biomechanics, functional chains) with intensive hands-on practice. The areas covered include the shoulder girdle (clavicle, scapula, sternum), shoulder joint, elbow, wrist, and hand. Each participant will learn to perform simple and reliable manual tests, refine the quality of their palpation, and mobilize joints with respect, fluidity, and precision. The techniques aim to restore mobility, reduce tension, and improve joint function without force or high-velocity thrusts. The small group format (maximum 6 participants) allows for personalized instruction and progressive integration of technical skills. This pedagogical approach promotes understanding, tactile awareness, and clinical reproducibility. ➤ Duration: 8 hours (2 x 4h) ➤ Fee: 990 shekels ➤ Audience: Students and manual health professionals ➤ Welltov Academy Certificate awarded upon course completion
