Service Description
This training course is dedicated to lower limb manual therapy using gentle, non-cracking techniques. It is intended for osteopaths, osteopathy students, physiotherapists, and all manual therapists seeking to refine their skillset on the lower limbs through respectful, precise, and patient-centered methods. The program focuses on the major joints of the hip, knee, ankle, and foot. Each area is addressed through: Targeted anatomical and biomechanical reviews Simple and reliable manual mobility tests Joint release, myo-articular, and postural techniques The work follows a functional and integrative approach, emphasizing the interactions between the pelvis and lower limb, and their impact on plantar support and overall posture. The course emphasizes palpatory awareness, quality of contact, progressive movement, and clinical efficiency in gentle mobilizations.
