Masterclass (4h) — Typical Cervicals (C3–C7) • First Rib • Sacrum • Global OAA (C0–C2) This intensive 4-hour masterclass focuses on HVT structural manipulations of the typical cervical vertebrae (C3–C7), the first rib in prone, the sacrum, and a global approach to the occiput–atlas–axis complex (C0–C2). It is designed for licensed osteopaths and physiotherapists aiming to refine their technical repertoire with safe, effective, and clinically relevant manipulations. Learning outcomes Develop precision and control in HVLA for the mid- and lower cervical spine (C3–C7). Master a prone first rib release, often involved in thoracic outlet syndromes and cervico-scapular dysfunctions. Gain confidence in sacrum HVLA techniques, with emphasis on accurate positioning, vector, and dosage. Integrate a global occiput–atlas–axis (C0–C2) approach to restore cranio-cervical dynamics and patient comfort. Methodology All techniques are broken down step by step: practitioner positioning, points of contact, locking, thrust vector, dosage, and safety checks. The prone position provides superior control, excellent adaptability to different morphologies, and a valuable alternative to supine or seated manipulations.
